Thank you for choosing our flower shop! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the event that you need to return or exchange an item, please review our return policy guidelines below.
1. Fresh Flower Arrangements and Bouquets:
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for flower arrangements. However, if you are unsatisfied with the quality of your arrangement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will gladly work with you to resolve any concerns.
2. Potted Plants:
We strive to provide you with highest quality potted plants by working with premium plant suppliers and by meticulously screening all plants before they are available for sale. However, since plants are a live product unpredictable things such as pests, seasonal temperature damage in transit, etc can happen. Therefore if within 7 days you suspect your plant is not doing well or healthy please bring the plant and your proof of purchase back to the shop and we will do our best to work with you and resolve the issue by issuing an exchange or refund (determined on individual basis).
3. Non-Perishable Items:
Non-perishable items such as vases, decorative accessories, or gift items may be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Returns can be made in-store, and upon inspection, we will issue store credit or a refund based on the original payment method.
4. Delivery Issues:
In the unlikely event that your order is damaged during delivery or if there is an error with your order, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to resolve the problem and ensure your satisfaction.
5. Exceptions/Non-returnable items:
Select specific items cannot be returned, such as sale items, gift cards, flower subscriptions, perishable goods (cut flowers and plants as outlined above), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products and candles). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
